FAQs
I already have an account. Do I need to join?
Nope! Every Trainer Court account is already a Rewards account. Log into your account to see your points and ways to reedeem.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for each dollar spent on our website or at our NYC store.
Online: Make sure you're logged into your account.
In-store: Give the staff member your email or phone number during checkout.
Do all purchases earn points?
Gift card purchases don’t earn points, but anything you buy using a gift card does.
Points are earned on purchases after discounts and before tax.
How long does it take points to show up on my account?
Points should show up within 30 minutes of completing your purchase. If you're missing points, please reach out to us at info@thetrainercourt.com.
Where can I see my points and tier status?
How do I redeem my rewards?
Do points expire?
Points expire 12 months after your last purchase. Any purchase keeps all your points active.
What happens to my points if an order is canceled or returned?
If an order is canceled or an eligible item is returned, the points you earned on it are removed from your account. Most of our products are final sale, so this only applies to cancellations and approved returns.
How long do I stay at my current tier?
Once you reach a tier, it’s yours for at least 12 months. Earn enough points to reach the next tier and you move up right away.
After 12 months, we check the points you’ve earned over the past year: if you still meet your tier’s threshold, you keep it for another 12 months; if not, you move to the tier that matches. Spending points on rewards never lowers your tier.
What are monthly member deals?
Monthly member deals are a rotating selection of products that are discounted for Trainer Court Rewards members. Higher tiers have an expanded selection of discounts available.
How do MSRP drops work?
When we hold a lottery for a new release we'll send out an email to Trainer Court Rewards members announcing the lottery and products available for purchase.
If you're interested in participating, you can enter in the lottery. Entering is free.
Every member can only enter the lottery once. However for Tier 2 members we'll count your entry twice, and for Tier 3 members, we'll count your entry three times.
Winners are selected at random and get a limited window to buy at MSRP.
How do I redeem my birthday gift?
Happy birthday! Tier 2 and Tier 3 members get a birthday gift in store. Add your birthday in your Rewards panel, then visit our NYC store during your birthday week and let a staff member know.
Can I combine two accounts?
Reach out to us at info@thetrainercourt.com with the email addresses and/or phone numbers of the accounts you'd like to combine.
