What card sizes fit in the case?
The Trading Card Phone Case supports all trading cards, including but not limited to:

Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering (MTG), Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Sports cards (excluding jersey patch/thick cards), Dragon Ball Z / Score (DBZ), Lorcana, Gundam, K-pop photo cards, and Polaroids and other similarly sized cards

Is the card display window scratch-proof?
The display window is made from premium crystal-clear acrylic and ships with a protective adhesive peel that should be removed before use.

Like all phone cases, the display window may develop scratches over time with regular daily use. This is considered normal wear and tear.

How is my card protected?
Each card is protected using multiple layers:

1. Sleeve
2. Side loader or top loader
3. Secure internal compartment within the phone case

The card is sandwiched between the phone and the case, providing excellent protection from bending, debris, and daily handling.

Showcased Cards side loaders and sleeves include UV-protective additives. Additionally, the case’s patent-pending internal locking design provides water resistance, helping protect the card in everyday environments on the exterior.

What UV protection does the case provide?
The included side loaders and top loaders feature UV-protected materials designed to reduce UV exposure over time.

While no product can completely eliminate UV exposure, these materials help slow fading and discoloration. For maximum protection, we recommend rotating displayed cards periodically and avoiding prolonged direct sunlight.

Does MagSafe work with the case?
The Trading Card Phone Case is not officially MagSafe certified at this time, however some customers report partial or inconsistent MagSafe performance depending on:

• Phone model
• Charger or accessory strength
• Specific MagSafe accessory used

Because results vary, MagSafe compatibility is not guaranteed on current Gen 1 and Gen 2 Showcased Cards phone cases.

Showcased Cards Shipping Policy:

ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) but may take up to 5 business days when there is a surge in orders for Showcased Cards to fulfill.
• During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING

• Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Showcased Cards uses USPS Ground Advantage.
• Once processed and shipped after the 1-3 processing period, delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. On average, deliveries will happen within 5 business days after packages receive the initial pick up scans. After you receive a tracking number, your shipment is imminent. Please allow a few days for the initial scan to occur, as sometimes there are delays on USPS' end to provide the first scan at the sorting center.
• Showcased Cards is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

LOST, DELAYED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

• Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the carrier.
• If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first with your tracking number also wait up to 5 business days before escalating, as oftentimes the carrier prematurely marks the package as delivered before it ultimately shows up a few days later. Please also check building common areas and with your neighbors.
• The Trainer Court is happy to work with Showcased Cards to assist with next steps where possible.

Showcased Cards Refunds & Exchanges Policy:

Showcased Cards has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase from showcasedcards.com.

To start a return, email info@thetrainercourt.com with your order number and we'll kick things off with Showcased Cards from there.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.

If shipping was initially paid on your order, it is not eligible for refund. Items sent back to Showcased Cards or The Trainer Court without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact info@thetrainercourt.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We'll work with Showcased Cards to review the issue and make it right.

There is a 14-day limited warranty on all Showcased Cards brand products against manufacturer defects or breakage/product failure due to a manufacturing defect during proper use. Cases must be installed per our instructions and fitted on an appropriate phone model for warranty coverage. Manufacturing issues can include but are not limited to loose phone cases as well as stiff buttons.

Exclusions: Showcased Cards is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, installation, or third-party accessories. Damage to packaging does not qualify under the warranty.

Frost-Clear Yellowing or Discoloration:  Clear and frost-clear phone cases may experience coloration or yellowing over time. This is an industry-wide characteristic of clear materials and can vary based on usage conditions such as sunlight, heat, environmental exposure, and skin oils. As a result, coloration or yellowing is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under our limited warranty.

The display window where the trading card is showcased is made from a separate premium Acrylic material and is designed to remain clear for long-term visibility of the card. Customers concerned about potential coloration of the phone case are encouraged to select darker color options such as Black, Pacific Blue, or Forest Green.

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange your item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the one you want once your return is accepted.

REFUNDS

Once Showcased Cards receives and inspects your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since you return has been approved, please contact info@thetrainercourt.com.

RETURNED TO SENDER

If your order is returned to Showcased Cards or The Trainer Court without prior notice due to an issue with the shipping address or delivery attempt, you will be refunded your order amount minus any shipping fees paid. These orders are not subject to reshipping.
