Released on July 31, 2026, Storm Emeralda is the sixth Japanese main expansion set from the Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution era. It is the Japanese counterpart of the English set, Delta Reign (Nov 6 release).
With “emerald” it its set name, Storm Emeralda can only feature the one and only Legendary green dragon, Rayquaza! More specifically, this set features Mega Rayquaza, as well as other Pokémon and trainers from the Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire video games.
Storm Emeralda also introduces a new TCG mechanic of paired Stadium cards, in which two halves of a “single” Stadium card connect together, forming one artwork and must be played together. This mechanic is a bit reminiscent of the V-UNION cards from Sword & Shield, though aside from the multiple cards needing to be played together, the rest of the mechanics differ slightly.
