Shipping policy

Shipping Availability

We ship to all United States addresses, including US territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

We also ship internationally to the United Kingdom, Singapore, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates. We are not able to ship outside of these destinations at this time.

Please note: duties, taxes, and other customs fees may be applicable to international orders, and are the customer's responsibility to pay. International shipping times may also vary depending on 

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout under "Shipping Method". Holidays, weather, and carrier delays can affect delivery times, even when when using expedited shipping options.

Shipping Time & Tracking

You’ll receive an email with your order’s tracking information once your order has been packed. Tracking details and delivery estimates will update after the package is handed off to the shipping carrier, so there may be a short lag before your tracking shows movement.

If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of your order confirmation, first check your spam folder, then contact us at info@thetrainercourt.com with your order number.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on shipping method, weight, and destination address. Rates will be displayed during checkout under “Shipping Method.”

Signature Required Upon Delivery

Orders of $400+ will automatically include Signature Required at delivery (no extra charge).

For orders under $400, you can request Signature Required by adding the item: Add 'Signature Required' to my delivery! before checking out.

International Orders: Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Duties, import taxes, tariffs, and other customs fees may apply to international orders. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility to pay.

International delivery times vary with customs processing and local postal services, and can extend beyond the carrier's original estimate.

 

Trainer Court Network Items

If your order includes a Trainer Court Network item, it will ship directly from the partner brand. You’ll receive a separate tracking number for that item. Please refer to the product details page for brand-specific shipping information.
