- We reserve the right to not buy your cards/product for any reason.
- We have a limited cash reserve available each day for trades. If we run out, we'll issue a gift card for the full value, which can be redeemed for cash. If receiving cash at the time of your trade is important, please make an appointment.
- For trade-ins over $150, we require a photocopy of your ID.
English Singles
Submission Guidelines
- Please do not ship or drop-off your buylist order until you receive an APPROVAL email.
- Note that approval emails may include changes for cards we've declined to accept.
- There is a minimum of $20 in overall cart value for buylist submissions.
- Conditions are verified on-site and your payout may be adjusted if there are any discrepancies.
- Cards below lightly played can be purchased at 50% of the near mint buy price or returned at the seller's expense.
- Refer to the Conditions Guide to accurately assess the condition of your cards.
- Prepare your cards as follows:
- Stack your cards in the same order as your cart.
- Cards under $10: do not sleeve.
- Cards over $10: sleeve individually.
- Payment will be issued within 2 weeks of receiving and verifying your submission.
Dropping Off Your Submission
- Submissions can be dropped off at the back counter of our store during trade-in hours: 412 W 13th St. New York, NY 10014.
- We recommend making an appointment. Without one, we can’t guarantee wait times.

Mailing In Your Submission
- All packages must be shipped with tracking. We recommend USPS Certified Mail or UPS Ground.
- Include your Buylist ID number on or inside your packaging and keep it handy for any questions about your submission.
- Any supplies used to package your submission (deck boxes, binders, sleeves, top loaders, etc.) will not be returned.
- The Trainer Court is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

- Trade-ins of 12+ items require an appointment. For smaller trade-ins we still recommend making an appointment so that we can accommodate you without delays!

Appraisals
Appraisal Fee: $10 per every 10 minutes.
We'll waive this fee if a deal is made in at the end of the service.
During the appraisal service we'll evaluate your cards and collections for potential value.
We're also happy to walk you through our reasoning for a particular evaluation, make recommendations on what cards you might want to get graded, and answer any general questions you may have.

Other Items
We may sometimes buy other Pokémon products (eg. video games, etc.) depending on what the item is.
