Carry-On Restrictions - The Slab Case Titanium 4.5 is designed as a carry-on case and meets the dimensions of some, but not all, airline carriers. Certain airlines may require you to check your bag if the plane is too small or if there is not enough room in the overhead compartments. We strongly recommend checking with your airline to ensure that the Slab Case Titanium 4.5 is approved as a carry-on before your flight or booking with that particular airline. Each airline has different regulations, and while our case qualifies as a carry-on for some, it may not for others.

Refunds & Exchanges

Zion Cases Return Policy:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Zion Cases offers returns 6 months after purchase. 

To complete your return, Zion Cases require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer without first discussing the return process. Please contact info@thetrainercourt.com with your order details.

There are certain situations where a full or partial refund may be granted (if applicable)

  • Product was purchased over 6 months prior to requesting a return/exchange 
  • Obvious signs of use
  • Product was delivered damaged  
  • Product is defective 
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. All returns must be returned before a refund is processed.
